The Edward P. Evan's Virginia homebred Cat Moves will be the big favorite for the $300,000 Test Stakes at Saratoga Aug. 8. The undefeated filly got her first grade 1 win in the Prioress Stakes at Belmont Park last month. She will face seven other three-year-old fillies and should get her toughest battle from Flashing. She’s back to a more comfortable distance after challenging Rachel Alexandra in the Mother Goose Stakes.

Another horse to watch out for coming off the pace in this race is the Marty Wolfson trained First Passage. She’s won three consecutive, all in stakes races at Calder. Olde Glamour comes into the Test with three wins and six seconds in her last nine starts. In her last start on July 15 she won Belmont's Jersey Girl. Steve Asmussen trained Heart Ashley captured the Adena Stallions Miss Preakness Stakes (gr. III) at Pimlico her last time out.
