Some of the Bodog 2009 WSOP prop bets may seem a bit odd, especially the one that pits Annie Duke against Daniel Negreanu in the main event. This bet is to determine which of the two poker pros will go the deepest into the WSOP Main Event. The price on Annie going deeper is a tempting +130, but if you bet on the favorite Negreanu you’ll get -170 return on your money if he outlasts Annie.

I think this one is a no-brainer. Negreanu is a far more consistent player than Duke and he should easily go deeper than she will. Annie certainly has the talent to go deep in the main event, but I’ll take the consistent money on this one. Negreanu has been playing well at the ’09 WSOP and already has four WSOP cashes (including tenth, second, and fourth-place finishes) for a total of over $400K.
