Just like the theme song from the 80's show "Facts of Life" taught us, "you take the good, you take the bad, you take them both and there you have, the facts of…" poker. In every tournament and every session, you can get raked over by a bad beat or benefit from the crown jewel of poker hands, the royal flush. However, no matter which happens to you, Bodog Poker tries to make the lows more palatable and the highs even higher with a bevy of bad beat and royal flush bonuses and November was no different.

While some players wait a lifetime to look down at even one single royal flush, three different players received two Royal Flush bonuses each last month. Youngb58 won $100 twice – first on November 5 and then again on November 14. Chrissum won $12.50 twice – first on November 2 and then again on November 11, both occurring in $0.10/$0.25 games. Cuzbro67 won $5 twice – first on November 16 and then again on November 20, both happened in $0.05/$0.10 games.

Perhaps the worst beat a poker player can take is a Straight Flush over a Straight Flush. This happened to two different Bad Beat Bonus recipients in November. Kingcobra497 got a $10.00 Bad Beat Bonus when his 4s3s made a Straight Flush with 7s6s5s on board. Trymybest made the absolute nut hand holding 9s8s. However, Kingcobra497 came out more than ahead with the bonus even though he lost $2.70 in the hand. Three Under received a $10.00 Bad Beat Bonus when his 5c4c made a Straight Flush with 8c7c6c on the board while scott4534 made the top straight flush holding 10c9c. Three Under came out ahead with the bonus even though he lost $3.48 in the hand.

All in all, a total of 139 players received either a Royal Flush bonus or a Bad Beat bonus this past month.So, with plenty of bonuses to go around between this and Bodog Poker's other poker promotions, now is the time to get in on the action.
