Players can earn points by participating in raked pots and by paying tournament fees then additional points can be earned on top of either of those based on the number of hours spent playing online. Players earn up to one point for every raked pot they play, three points per dollar in tournament entry fees paid and then an additional one point per hour of online poker played.

Players who earn 2,000 points or more in a single month will receive a lump sum double poker points bonus to their account. Those bonus poker points can then be converted your into cash or used to buy in to Bodog Poker's poker point tournaments.
