Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps was caught sucking on some guys bong

Olympic swimmer, all-around badass and guy we'd like to hang out with Michael Phelps – who has stated several times that he likes to play online poker – has just firmly cemented his ties to the online poker world. As it turns out, the infamous bong that he was caught on camera with belonged to online poker player Carter "ckingusc" King, who now is facing charges for owning said bong.

According to PokerNewsDaily.com, King responded to the 2+2 forum thread “Was ckingusc arrested? Did he try selling his bong on eBay?” with the following:

“Were u dropped on your head as a child or are u intentionally being dense? Either way they should be closing the case vs mike. As far as the charges vs me i cant speak about but the penalties will be very minimal. This entire thing has basically proven to me that you cannot trust the media or the police if you stand in the way of their interest. also fwiw, no i am not dumb enough to actually try and sell a bong on eBay.”

News reports have already stated that Phelps will not be charged with anything in relation to bong-gate, but has lost his Kellogg sponsorship and received a three-month suspension from the Olympic Swimming gods.
