The Bodog Mini-SOP continued last night with Event No. 2 - $15 No Limit Holdem - to mirror the record-setting $1,500 buy-in No Limit Holdem event at the 2008 WSOP yesterday. Much like that live event, the online poker event drew a crowd of players out to play; 260 in total, generating a $3,900 total prizepool.
Bodog regular "ryder_back" took on that field and triumphed to take home the $1,072.50 first-place prize and add to his already impressive resume at Bodog Poker. "ryder_back" has racked up a long list of cashes and wins in the Bodog Poker room in less than a year and this is just his latest.
This unique online poker tournament continues tomorrow night, and runs through July 3, with the $15 buy-in Pot Limit Holdem event. After the completion of the 25 events of the Bodog Mini-SOP, Bodog will host a final tournament on July 10 that will award three seats to the 2009 WSOP Main Event, making Bodog the first online poker site to give away seats to next summer's Main Event.
For more information, check out the Bodog 2008 Mini-SOP online poker tournament series page.
There are also still plenty of opportunities available to qualify for this year's WSOP Main Event because Bodog is guaranteeing at least six $12,000 Main Event Prize Packages each and every week. 2008 WSOP online poker satellites start for as little as $1 and winners of a $12,000 Main Event Prize Package receive the $10,000 buy-in to the main event, $2,000 for travel expenses, loads of Team Bodog gear and the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience Las Vegas in total Bodog style, including meeting the Bodog Girls and much, much more.

It's great time for poker participants, the site provided updated information about the live and online tournaments which are going to be conducted in the coming months. The game would be interesting, every one is very eagerly waiting for those events.
Now a days poker tournaments are getting craze and popularity. I heard about this tournament in past, really profitable place to get cash with minimal risks.
