Team Bodog’s Svetlana Gromenkova eliminated poker pro John Gale early here at the WSOP and has now gone on to scoop another fat pot putting her at around 50,000 chips, more than twice the initial chipstack.

Gromenkova’s most recent monster came when she raised to 400 from late position and only the small blind called.

The flop came Kh-9d-6d and the small blind checked. Gromenkova bet 575 and got called.

The 3s came on the turn and once again the small blind checked and Gromenkova fired 1,300 at the pot. The small blind called again. The 5c fell on the river and once again the small blind check called, this time for 4,000. Gromenkova showed 6h-6c for a flopped set and another big pot, this one being around 11,000.
