The official end of Day 2A chip counts are out and it looks like we have three Team Bodog members who will be moving onto Day 3 of the 2009 WSOP Main Event:
Ryan "rjules12″ Julius – 103,700
Jean Yves "neophrak" Desmoort - 66,500
Robert "rmobley65″ Mobley – 63,900
Very impressed that Desmoort managed to sit at the ESPN featured table for the entirety of Day 2A with poker pro Greg Raymer and celebrity poker player Jason Alexander and build his stack. We're not saying that he'll make a deep run if he's capable of holding up under that kind of pressure, but he may just make a deep run after proving he can handle that pressure.
In other news, overnight chip leader Eric Cloutier actually is the chip leader this time, sitting on 383,500 in chips. The last time he was listed as chip leader, it was a mistakenly added zero on his chip count that put him there. We'll trust that PokerNews won't make that mistake twice and report with confidence that is, in fact, the chip leader.
