Tiffany Michelle Eliminated from 2008 WSOP

While we were writing a post about there being two tables left at the 2008 WSOP Main Event, several players busted out, leading to a hastily amended post title. Among those people was our favorite remaining player and reason for caring, Tiffany Michelle.
On an ace-high flop, Tiffany shove re-raised over the top of Peter Eastgate with A-J only to run smack into his pocket aces. Brutal. The flop and river were of no help and she exited the Main Event in 17th place, the deepest a woman had finished since the year 2000, earning $334,534 for her magnificent efforts. However, in an interesting statistical analysis (done by someone else), it turns out that Tiffany has beaten a higher percentage of the starting Main Event field than any other female in history, beating out Tiffany "Crazy Bitch" Williamson by three one-hundredths of a percentage point. Yay.
So, as out interest in this tournament wanes, we begin to focus on the remaining 15 players and the one mildly interesting person left in the tournament is David "Chino" Rheem, and he just double-up a couple of time to get back up toward the top of the chip count. Peter Eastgate is the current chip leader courtesy of Tiffany's chips (bastard) and he is followed by Scott Montgomery, who final tabled the WPT LAPC that we went to earlier this year.
