Since the Bodog Blogger Tournament was upgraded a couple of weeks ago to include the chance to win a seat at the 2008 WSOP, there have been two tournaments in which players have had the chance to accumulate points to get into the championship event. The first one was held last Tuesday and the second one this past Tuesday (in case you're having trouble with this, they run every Tuesday).

The first event drew 54 players and featured some of the most popular names in the poker blogging world. Regardless of writing talent, only nine players could make it to the final table and, of course, only one could win.

That being said, here are those results:

4. Numenor80 - $56.00 + T$109
5. 23skidoo - $44.80 + T$109
6. cbags - $36.40

9. Dead Cash - $19.60

The second event brought out 56 players, a lot of whom were familiar faces, including "23skidoo," who managed to finish fifth in both events.

Looks like "GoldenHammer" is holding onto the top spot on the Leader Board right now, followed by the second event's winner. "kurokitty," who had to play part of her tournament in the car using a cell phone as a modem. Dedication, that's the key. By benefit of his two final tables, "23skidoo" is in the third-place spot.
