Why Don't You Kids Go Inside and Play Some Online Poker?

This was the result of a Google news search for "poker" this morning. (Bodog Beat Image)
We sat down this morning to continue our diligent search to bring you all the latest happenings in the world of poker and were told by Google that absolutely nothing is going on. What? Yes, we did spell "poker" right. Is there a more general term than poker?
While we're sure that this was some sort of glitch, it is also partially true. So, on this day that has a dearth of poker-related things to talk about, why don't you go and play some online poker instead of just reading about it. Just like when your mom used to yell at you to get outside and play, only the opposite of that and not really similar at all.
There are no fewer than 13 different "Player's Choice" tournaments going on today in the Bodog Poker room. They range anywhere from $1.50 for the "Cheap Seats" tournament all the way to $270 for the "Player's Choice" Semifinal, which guarantees the winner a $12,000 Tournament Prize Package, and then more packages for every additional $12,000 in the prizepool.
If you don't have the bankroll to buy directly into the Semifinal and the "Cheap Seats" is a little too cheap, then take a shot at a Qualifier for $5.50, a Turbo Quarterfinal for $7.50 or a regular Quarterfinal for $29. Winners of a "Player's Choice" package will have the choice to enter a WPT or EPT event with a $10,000 or less buy-in and receive cool gear, bonus contracts and incentives to play while they kick back with first-rate service, hang out with poker legends and bask in TV celebrity. Some upcoming destinations included in the package are Copenhagen, Warsaw, Las Vegas, Foxwoods and San Remo (Italy).
