How many times have you said to yourself, "Self, if you earn less than $4 million from doing your job this summer, you're quitting?" Not sure about you, but we'd quit if we earned even half of that over an entire lifetime. However, poker pro Scotty Nguyen has stated that he will quit poker if he wins less than $4 million this summer at the 2009 WSOP, and Bodog is giving you a chance to put your money where Scotty's mouth is…baby.
The statement of intent was put forth by Scotty in an interview with PokerListings.com that can be viewed here, and the infamous poker pro was willing to wager on the outcome himself at $100 from the interviewer to his $1,000. So, since everyone is in the betting mood, will Scotty Nguyen reach his stated promise to PokerListings.com that he will earn $4,000,000 or more in combined winnings at this year’s WSOP or else retire? The Bodog oddsmakers have put up their thoughts on the wager at Yes +2500.
