The piece d'resistance, the proverbial cherry on top of the ice cream sundae, of the Bodog VIP experience last year was the unforgettable party thrown for friends of Bodog Poker at Tao nightclub in the Venetian.

Replete with A-list celebrities, famous poker players, gorgeously naked girls in tubs covered with ice cream, scary-as-hell midget ninjas (that is absolutely not a joke), gorgeously naked girls being painted with calligraphy, Elvis impersonators, free-flowing drinks, puff-scrumptious hookahs and the gorgeously naked girls again, the party was the talk of the town.

Poker players blew through their bankrolls (especially Gavin Smith) trying to take on female professional pool player Jeanette "The Black Widow" Lee at her own game on the custom Bodog billiards table. Honestly, they should have convinced her to sit down and play poker, or just hand her their wallets, because the pool was not going so well from where we were sitting.

As the celebs, players and midgets danced, drank and puffed late into the night, the greatest chapter in WSOP party history came to a close. But be not afraid, a new chapter will begin very, very soon at the 2007 World Series of Poker. Much like last year, Bodog will be providing the VIP experience for Team Bodog members by providing luxury treatment and lavish events that will once again be the talk of the town. The announcement will be made later this week on the specifics of the Bodog experience for the 2007 WSOP, so keep checking back for details.
