WSOP Update: Disappointed Donkeys and the DonkeyBomber

Tom Schneider, aka "DonkeyBomber", became the first multiple bracelet winner at the 2007 World Series of Poker by winning the $1,000 Seven Card Stud Hi Lo event to add to his win just a few weeks ago. (Photo courtesy of FlipChip at LasVegasVegas.com)
Event #45 – $5,000 No Limit Hold'em Six-Handed - Bill Edler won this event earning $904,672 for first place, his first WSOP bracelet and a Corum Watch.
Event #46 – $1,000 Seven Card Stud Hi Lo - Tom Schneider becomes the first multiple bracelet winner of the 2007 WSOP by taking down this event. He gets $147,713, that second WSOP bracelet and, you know, the watch.
Event #47 – $2,000 No Limit Hold'em - The final table is set and has some big names duking it out for the bracelet including Blair Rodman, Roland de Wolfe and Anna "The Poker Pixie" Wroblewski, who is sitting behind a stack of chips almost as big as her. Final table play begins at 2pm PDT.
Event #48 – $1,000 2-7 Triple Draw with Rebuys - After a marathon long Day 2 that lasted until 5am, the final table is now set. Play will begin at 7pm, which could make for another late night/early morning for the eventual bracelet winner.
Event #49 – $1,500 No Limit Hold'em - 218 players left out of the original 3,151 that began play at noon yesterday in the largest non-WSOP Main Event poker tournament ever. That's an awful lot of disappointed donkeys floating around the Rio. At that rate, getting down to the final table should only take about 15 minutes when play resumes at 2pm PDT today.
