By now, the realization that we have been here at the 2008 WSOP for almost three weeks has sunk in and the knowledge that we still have almost four more to go has emotionally, mentally and physically crippled us. Ok, so maybe it's not that bad (especially with the knowledge that we have the Bodog Poker WSOP VIP Days to look forward to), but we have lost track of exactly how many days we've been here and as such were unable to accurately convey that in this post's headline. Hence, the ambiguous-ness you see above.

What we do know about today is that there's a $1,500 No Limit Holdem donkament poker tournament going on today and we found that out by trying to walk toward the poker room when almost 2,000 players went on break and were trying to get to the bathroom, going the other way. One of the early chip leaders in that event is Team Bodog's Jean-Robert Bellande with David Williams also out in the field.

Also today, and just getting underway, is the final table of the $10,000 Limit Hold'em World Championship, featuring Andy Bloch, JC Tran and some other guys. The other final table going on today is for the $3,000 No-Limit Hold'em event, which features David Singer gunning for his second WSOP bracelet this year along with John Phan and Alex Bolotin.

Continuing today is the $2,500 No-Limit Hold'em Six-handed event with notable poker pros Shannon Shorr, Dario Minieri, Bill Chen and Max Pescatori. They are accompanied by 47 other people whose names we don't really recognize. Look we're getting used to stacked fields, so anything less is so *yawn* at the moment.

The $5,000 Seven Card Stud Hi-Low World Championship gets underway in just a little bit and should feature a field that we can get a little more excited about.

Stay tuned for more live updates from the 2008 WSOP.
