There will be 72,000 people at Ford Field, and most will be rooting for the Michigan State Spartans.
North Carolina, the preseason No. 1 and top seed in the South Regional, and Michigan State, a less-hyped and more overlooked No. 2 seed out of the Midwest, are ready to fight it out for the National Championship.

The 7.5-point favored Tar Heels don't mind hostile environments.

The Heels have gone 67-14 away from home in the four years since Tyler Hansbrough arrived in 2005. Hansbrough has never lost to Duke at Cameron Indoor Stadium and he is 5-2 in other road games in the state of North Carolina, 3-0 in Maui, 6-0 in Florida, and 1-0 at Ford Field.

The favorite is 4-0 ATS in the last four meetings between these schools.
