Aaah, the good folks at TMZ. What would we do without you?

According to this TMZ report, Cleveland Browns QB Brady Quinn is quite upset that his (topless) image is being used for a gay dating website.

From the report:

"A rep for the Cleveland Browns tells us Brady had no knowledge of the ad saying, "He was not involved in posting photos."

Brady's lawyer has already taken action and has sent a cease and desist letter to the website today, demanding all photos of him be removed ASAP.

While we cannot find the website in question, we're sure that our powers of Google and popularity of a shirtless Brady Quinn will join forces and solve the mystery.

Will Brady Quinn have his shirt on or off while sitting on the bench for the Cleveland Browns this year? And, will it have any affect on their 2009 Super Bowl Odds? Check out the Bodog Sportsbook today to find out!
