Now 5-0 since joining the Milwaukee Brewers, C.C. Sabathia continued his dominating way Saturday afternoon against the Atlanta Braves.

In eight and a third innings of work Sabathia allowed just two runs on six hits as teammate Prince Fielder gave him the offense needed to pick up the win.

Fielder homered twice on the contest, giving him 25 on the year.

Elsewhere the Chicago Cubs took down the Pittsburgh Pirates to the tune of 5-1 despite starter Ted Lilly throwing 38 pitches in the second inning alone.

Though Lilly extended himself early he managed to hang on for six and a third innings allowing just eight hits and one run.

In American League action the New York Yankees celebrated Old Timers' Day with an 8-2 victory over the Los Angeles Angels.

Angels pitcher Jered Weaver allowed four home runs in just five innings of work.
