If you're looking for CFL football odds, it doesn't get any more odd than this; only in Canada can the most Western CFL football team cross-over to the East to play in the CFL Eastern Semi-Finals — and win. The BC Lions on Sunday beat the Hamilton Tiger Cats 34-27 in OT to advance to the Eastern Finals (next Sunday against the Montreal Alouettes).
Lions QB Casey Printers, who used to play for the Ti-Cats (and before that the BC Lions, but that's a whole other story), threw 350+ yards.
The Edmonton Eskimos and the Calgary Stampeders are currently involved in the "Battle of Alberta" out West, the winner advancing to the CFL Western Final.
