From the "I can't believe he actually did that" file – the Cincinnati Bengals have one less Johnson on the team. Reports are coming out that confirm that Johnson has legally changed his name to – get this – "Chad Ocho Cinco" according to the Broward County (Fla.) Clerk of Courts.

When the Clerk of Courts office was called on Friday, it was confirmed that Johnson's name change became official on Thursday, Aug. 28. The petition to change his name was filed on Aug. 8, according to the clerk.

In 2006, the NFL fined Johnson $5,000 for wearing an "Ocho Cinco" nameplate on his jersey before the Oct. 29 Sunday night game against the Falcons at Paul Brown Stadium. Looks like he won't be getting fined for that anymore….
