Champs Sports Bowl Odds: Wisconsin vs. Florida State

Wisconsin is a 6-point underdog at Saturday’s Champs Sports Bowl against the Florida State Seminoles (8-4 SU, 5-4-1 ATS), who will have the crowd on their side at Orlando’s Citrus Bowl. But which version of the Badgers (7-5 SU, 5-6 ATS) will show up? Consistency has been sorely lacking in the Land of Cheese, and Wisconsin needed a missed PAT in overtime to beat Cal Poly SLO in the season finale.

The Seminoles haven’t inspired a lot of confidence, either. Their last six games have followed a zigzag pattern of wins and losses; if the pattern holds, Saturday will be a good day for FSU supporters. The question is whether sophomore QB Christian Ponder (12 TDs, 13 INTs) can “manage” the game and avoid spoiling the impressive Seminoles running attack. Perhaps; Wisconsin has a minus-6 turnover margin on the season to Florida State’s minus-3.
