Hey, everybody deserves a second chance. We're just not sure what number this is for Chris Henry.

Henry, the talented but troubled wide receiver who has spent most of his NFL career in legal limbo, has been resigned by the Cincinnati Bengals on a one-year deal.

The Bengals had officially cut ties with Henry back in April on the heels of his fifth arrest since 2005, but injuries to starters TJ Houshmandzadeh and Chad Johnson left Cincy quite thin at the WR spot. Enter Henry, who in 35 career games over three seasons has 88 receptions for a 15.6-yard average and 17 touchdowns.

The Cincy WR position is an interesting one, as two wideouts - Johnson and Housh - are listed in the Bodog Sportsbook for potential receiving yards champ for 2008! Check out all the NFL Football Player Props today and cash in!
