The two-time defending Big East regular season champions currently sit in a three-way tie for 10th in the conference heading into tonight’s game against the Rutgers Scarlet Knights.

The Hoyas are expected to stop the bleeding since the Scarlet Knights are 1-8 in the conference and just 10-12 overall.

But backers know the same thing was said last week when the Hoyas went to Seton Hall, which was winless in the Big East until a 65-60 victory over Georgetown.

Rutgers is coming off a 75-56 victory over DePaul and at least has moved out of the Big East basement. The home team is 9-4-1 ATS in the last 14 meetings and the Hoyas are 5-1 ATS in their last six Tuesday night games. College basketball betting? You betcha!
