There will be no shortage of running when the Air Force Falcons (6-2 SU, 5-2 ATS) meet the Army Black Knights (3-5 SU, 5-2 ATS) at West Point. (Wikimedia Image)

Air Force’s variation of the flexbone offense is good for 291 yards per game, or fourth in the nation. Army is eighth with 246.7 rushing yards per game; coach Stan Brock has gone back to the triple option with gusto after last year’s 3-9 (4-6-1 ATS) finish.

Both defenses are allowing 304 yards per game, with Army a little more successful against the run. The Falcons have seven passing TDs this year despite rarely throwing the ball; Army has just two. Air Force has won nine of the last 10 games versus Army at 7-3 ATS, and the under is 4-1 in their last five encounters. That’s enough to make the Falcons 8.5-point road faves this year.
