That sets up a showdown this week in Akron for first place, with Bowling Green and the regular-season finale against Kent State remaining on the Bulls’ schedule.

Last week the Bulls beat Miami-Ohio for the first time in 11 tries, and they have won three consecutive games for the first time since 1996.

Akron is 6-3 ATS on the season after Chris Jacquemain threw three touchdown passes and Dennis Kennedy ran for another while rushing for 155 yards as the Zips held off Toledo 47-30 last Wednesday night. The Zips will try to give backers a third straight cover this week.

The question is, can they stop the Bulls from improving on a 6-0 ATS run of their own in their last six road games? Get your NCAA football odds in the Bodog Sportsbook now.
