The No. 6 LSU Tigers (3-0 SU, 1-1 ATS) were supposed to be in trouble this year with QB Matt Flynn in the NFL and QB Ryan Perrilloux transferring to Jacksonville State. But Jarrett Lee (11-for-22, two TDs and a pick) was good enough to win at Auburn, and LSU is a monster 24.5-point favorite this Saturday night against the visiting Mississippi State Bulldogs (1-3 SU, 1-2 ATS).

The Tigers are on a 10-1 ATS rampage in their annual battle with the Bulldogs, with the last four meetings going over. The only thing that might get Miss State to the pay window this year is the clock-chewing LSU running game – the Tigers are No. 8 in the FBS at 6.23 yards per carry. But LSU also throws the ball enough to keep the chains moving quickly. They won last year’s game 45-0 to squeak past the total of 44.5 points; they’ll cover for us again on ESPN2.
