College Football Picks: TCU Horned Frogs at Clemson Tigers

Clemson running back C.J. Spiller is questionable with a foot injury for Saturday’s clash with TCU, and that’ll surely affect the football betting odds for the matchup.

It’ll also make a big difference in the Tigers’ ability to knock off the No. 15 Horned Frogs. Texas Christian could push itself into the top 10 in the national rankings with a win on Saturday.

This is the first real test of the season for the Frogs, who drilled Texas State 56-21 as a monster 36.5-point home favorite last week.

Clemson (+5) followed up a tough 30-27 defeat at Georgia Tech in Week 2 by handling Boston College 25-7 at home last week. The Tigers covered as 9-point chalk to lift their record to 3-0 ATS (2-1 SU) on the season.
