Pride middleweight champion Dan Henderson (22-6-0) recently took time off training for his match against UFC champion Anderson Silva (22-4-0) to do an interview with Jim Rome.

Even though Silva has destroyed every fighter he has faced in the octagon, Henderson said the fight suits him just fine. "I think it's a really good fight for me style-wise," he said. "Just the way we match up. I'm really good in the clinch and live there with my greco-roman background and I'm good with my takedowns and I can hit pretty hard. He's good on his feet as well, though."

Henderson, who is currently a +130 underdog in the Bodog Sportsbook, gave a clear indication of where he'd like to see the fight with Silva end on Saturday, March 1 in Columbus, Ohio at UFC 82: Pride of a Champion.

"With him on his back, out cold," Henderson explained. "That's where I'd like it to end. He's definitely more technical than I am. I'm not arguing that fact, but I've got a little bit more power, and as long as I implement my game plan, and take the positions where I want it to be, then it's going to be my fight."
