The Bears are big 8-point favorites in their home state and hauling in over 80 percent of the betting action.
It’s not easy to invest in a Hurricanes team that’s No. 76 in the FBS in passing offense at 197 yards per game. But the “good” news is that Robert Marve (nine TDs, 13 INTs) is suspended for this game due to an academic violation. Jacory Harris (10 TDs, six INTs) will start after spending most of the year as a change-of-pace QB.
Cal remains a very strong opponent at 5-1 ATS in the last six games. However, the Bears offensive line is in tatters and vulnerable against Miami’s D. This is all about trench warfare in the end.
