Money's gotten tight for Evander "The Real Deal" Holyfield.

Usually in the news for getting his old, supersized skull pounded, Holyfield is now in the news for missing two child support payments totaling $6,000 and for his $10 million house – which is in foreclosure.

Holyfield, on the other hand, says he still has deep pockets.

"I'm not broke. I'm just not liquid," Holyfield told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution Friday. "I do feel kind of sad because things have always been positive and now everybody wants to jump on me like I'm the worst person in the world and I went out and blew all my money."

Holyfield's former accountant Sam Gainer, who was fired by the former world champion last year, said he had told his client to sell the estate.

"To attack that house in any way, or suggest he get rid of it … that's just not going to fly with him," said Gainer. "That's his trophy, his symbol of success."

According to Holyfield, "everything is alright with the house now." But the child support payments still haven't been made.

"I would've liked to have seen him take care of his child support obligations before worrying about his house," said Randy Kessler said, lawyer for his ex wife.

"If he hasn't made the proper arrangements by then, we'll ask that he be incarcerated."
