When the No. 19-ranked Florida State Seminoles take on Boston College at home Saturday night, they will do so without a host of wide receivers suspended by head coach Bobby Bowden for their roles in an on-campus brawl it was announced on Friday.

Included in the suspension were Taiwan Easterling, Bert Reed and Corey Surrency, who have combined for 51 catches and 722 yards for the Seminoles this season. Also disciplined were redshirted freshman Cameron Wade and unused senior Richard Goodman.

Luckily for Florida State fans however, the team has enjoyed a particularly efficient running game so far this season as they now look to jump ahead of ACC-rival Wake Forest in the win column.

Just last Saturday the Seminoles ran for 266 yards, their forth 200+ game of the season.
