Florida Gators Stump South Carolina

Led by quarterback Tim Tebow, the University of Florida Gators advanced to 9-1 in SEC play with a Saturday win over division rival South Carolina.

The game, which pitted the No. 5 ranked Gators against the No. 25-ranked team in the country, finished with the homeside in front 56-6.

With two touchdowns on the game and 173 yards thrown, Tebow teamed up with running back Percy Harvin to paralyze the opposition. Harvin ran for two touchdowns and 167 yards on eight carries.

Elsewhere on the afternoon, the No. 1 ranked Alabama Crimson Tide strolled past Mississippi State, 32-7, Texas took down Kansas 35-7 and USC dropped Stanford 45-23.
