The spotlight will be on Kentucky QB Andre Woodson when the Wildcats face the Florida State Seminoles in the Music City Bowl, the senior will likely be a first round prospect in the 2008 NFL Draft.
Luckily Woodson will be facing a lot of backups, as 36 Seminole players have been suspended for academic violations, forcing oddsmakers to open the Wildcats as 7.5 favorites in the contest.
The Wildcats wanted to grab the SEC title to prove their progress as a program, but with that goal falling short they'll settle their second-consecutive bowl appearance versus a marquee program like Florida State.
"It adds a lot (to the game) because when you think about Florida State, you think about national championships," Wildcats wide receiver Keenan Burton said. "You think about the Warrick Dunns, the Peter Warricks, so many great players. The only thing you can do is be excited. If you can't get excited for this game, you don't have a pulse."
The Seminoles face the Wildcats at 4 p.m. ET on ESPN.
