What a difference a week makes.

Just a few days after stunning the golf world by leading the British Open heading into the final day, Greg Norman struggled in the opening round of the Senior British Open on Thursday, shooting a 75. Norman now finds himself seven shots behind day one leader Bruce Vaughan, who posted a 3-under 68 despite shooting a double bogey on six and a triple bogey on 12.

Norman's playing partner, Tom Watson, fared much better on the day, shooting a bogey-free 70. He made every green in regulation along the way.

"I don't think I have made all 18 greens ever in my life," Watson told the Associated Press. "I am very happy. I shot a good round of golf in unusual conditions with the wind changing direction."
