A little loyalty maybe?
Just a few weeks after the Boston Celtics captured the NBA Championship in impressive form, their "glue guy" - SF James Posey - has jumped ship.
The free agent forward has signed a four year, $25-million deal with the New Orleans Hornets, adding to an impressive nucleus of talent that includes Chris Paul, Peja Stojakovic, Tyson Chandler and David West.
Posey, 31, helped the Boston Celtics win their first NBA championship in 22 years last season and record 17th overall.
He also hoisted the Larry O'Brien trophy with the Miami Heat in 2005-06.
Posey played 74 games for Boston last season, averaging 7.4 points, 4.4 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 1.0 steals and 24.6 minutes and was reported to say that that decision to leave Boston was "really tough" (according to his agent, Mark Bartelstein).
