Undefeated mixed martial arts fighter Kaitlin Young (4-0-0) and UFC newcomer Brock Lesnar (1-0-0) both train at the Minnesota Martial Arts Academy, but that doesn't mean they train together.

"He's huge," she says. "I'm in the gym at the same time as him, but we don't train together. I don't think that would even make sense."

Instead, Young says that Lesnar has brought in a super-heavyweight crew of training partners to prepare for his UFC debut against Frank Mir (10-3-0) at UFC 81: Breaking Point, where Lesnar is the -135 favorite to win according to the Bodog Sportsbook.

"He has a slew of big men that come in and they just all do their thing with him," she explains. "They're all over 250-pounds. I know he's been doing some training at Athletic Performance Inc. as well. It's amazing how well he does. He's really in shape for how enormous he is. Usually, the big boys gas really easily. But not him."

Young, who will take on Sarah Schneider (2-0-0) on Feb. 1 at Bodog Fight: Nick Thompson vs. John Troyer at the Las Vegas Sport Center, says Lesnar will be very prepared for his Feb 2. UFC match at the Mandalay Bay Events Center.

"I think it's funny," she says, "because you see on the internet that everyone is like 'he's just a wrestler, blah, blah, blah', but people are going to be very surprised at how well all the other elements of his game are coming along. They're grossly underestimating him. He's in there firing away at the pads and he's fast. His kicks bring [trainer] Greg [Nelson] right up off the ground, and sparring he looks really good too."

So will Lesnar beat the living hell out of Mir?

"That's what I think is going to happen," Young admits, "Lesnar is going to win for sure. I'm really excited to see that fight."
