One of the greatest college football careers of all-time comes to an end on Saturday when QB Pat White and the West Virginia Mountaineers (8-4 SU, 4-7 ATS) take on the North Carolina Tar Heels (8-4 SU, 6-5 ATS) at the Meineke Car Care Bowl in Charlotte. White holds a dizzying array of league and team records, including 4,425 rushing yards – most ever by an NCAA quarterback.

White’s last FBS game might be his toughest. North Carolina represents an undervalued ACC lineup that produced so many good teams that no single club was able to post a dominant win-loss record. The Tar Heels are No. 29 in the FBS in defense at 4.9 yards allowed per play, although just No. 46 against the rush at 3.82 yards per play. That’s still enough of a roadblock to make the Heels an intriguing pick as 1.5-point underdogs (-115) in their home state.
