One of the best geographical rivalries in professional sports is underway, and will continue throughout the weekend. The New York Mets will travel to the Bronx to face the New York Yankees in MLB Interleague play this weekend, including a rare Friday day/night doubleheader.

Currently, the Mets lead 15-5 in the bottom of the ninth. Think it's safe to say that this one is over. In the nightcap, the Mets will send Pedro Martinez to the hill while the Yankees will counter with Sidney Ponson. On Saturday, Andy Pettitte will face off against Johan Santana while on Sunday, Yankee youngster Darrell Rasner will take on Mets' hurler Oliver Perez.
