Having regrouped after a tough start to the season, Ervin Santana looks to help the -175 favored Los Angeles Angels sweep their season series with the Kansas City Royals today.

Los Angeles improved to 9-0 against Kansas City on Sunday, winning 7-2 in the third game of this four-game series.

Santana, who matched a career high with 16 wins in 2008, had a 7.31 ERA through his first 13 starts this year. In six outings since then, however, the righthander is 4-1 with a 3.00 ERA. He's 3-2 with a 4.82 ERA in six starts versus the Royals.

Kansas City will counter with Kyle Davies, who has won two straight starts and has surrendered two runs or fewer in four of five outings. One hitter Davies will have to cool off is Vladimir Guerrero.

Guerrero has 19 RBI in his last 18 road games against the Royals.
