After beating the Texas Rangers to take over the AL's best record, the New York Yankees send Andy Pettitte to the mound to face a lineup that will be without Josh Hamilton as the teams play the middle game of their series tonight.

With 16 wins in their last 20 contests, the Yankees have a one-game lead over Boston in the AL East. New York is 10 games over .500, a mark it didn't reach last year until its 100th game.

Pettitte has won three straight decisions and is 9-8 with a 5.50 ERA in 20 starts versus the Rangers.
Hamilton has an abdominal strain and he'll be out from two weeks to two months.

The -175 favored Yankees will now face Scott Feldman, who is 4-0 with a 2.59 ERA in seven starts after being used out of the bullpen for the first two weeks of the season. Get all your MLB betting with Bodog now.
