MLB Baseball Odds: Orioles at Royals

Mired in a season-high six-game slide, the -210 favored Kansas City Royals turn to their ace tonight when they continue a four-game series with the Baltimore Orioles. (AP Images)

On Saturday, Zack Greinke had his nine-game winning streak snapped as he lost for the first time since September. The majors' ERA leader gave up one run and four hits over eight innings of a 1-0 loss against the Los Angeles Angels.

The Orioles will be in tough since Greinke has given up only three earned runs over 53 innings this season.

The righthander is also 4-0 with a 0.60 ERA in four starts at Kauffman Stadium.

Baltimore, meanwhile, has won five of eight overall and has improved to 5-1 against AL Central foes.
