The last two World Series champions look to continue their strong play tonight when they meet in Philadelphia for the start of a three-game interleague series.

The Boston Red Sox arrive at Citizens Bank Park after rallying for a 4-3 victory over the Yankees on Thursday and improving to 8-0 against their archrivals this season.

The Philadelphia Phillies rallied to defeat the New York Mets 6-3 in 10 innings Thursday to take two of three from their division rivals.

Although Philadelphia hasn't had much success against Boston lately, it has won 10 of 13 overall since May 29.

Jon Lester, who will start for Boston (MLB Odds list Lester and the Sox as -126 favorites), has had little trouble against the NL, going 4-0 with a 3.05 ERA in seven career interleague starts with the Sox.

Philadelphia counters with Joe Blanton, who is 2-0 with a 1.80 ERA in his last three starts.
