Grade A-: Reigning World Series champion Philadelphia, 48-38, leads the NL East by four games over Florida. This race has the feel that it could be over if the Phillies (+1300 to win World Series) land Roy Halladay.

Grade B: The Florida Marlins enter the All-Star break two games above .500 and four games back of Philadelphia. The two teams meet up for four games after the break.

Grade C-: The Atlanta Braves enter the break two games below the .500 mark and six games off the pace for both the NL East and the NL Wild Card.

Grade D: High expectations for a playoff run have been wrecked by injuries. The New York Mets head into the All-Star break 42-45, 6 1/2 games back in the NL East.

Grade F: Not much to say about the Washington Nationals. The Nationals fell to 26-61 Sunday with a 5-0 loss to the Houston Astros.
