Matt Barnes helped keep the Bobcats winless this preseason when he scored two baskets over the last 31 seconds to lift the Phoenix Suns to a 111-108, double-overtime victory on Monday. D.J. Augustin, the team’s rookie point guard selected ninth overall, scored 19 points but shot just 4-of-20 from the field.

Tonight the Bobcats will be in tough again to notch their first win as they play one the NBA's top teams, the Los Angeles Lakers. The +300 faves to win the NBA championship this year are only 2-2 in preseason but are coming off a win over the Kings on Sunday. Pau Gasol had 12 points and six rebounds as the Lakers beat the Kings 94-89.

Can the 0-6 Bobcats steal an important win tonight even if it is just exhibition?
