The Philadelphia 76ers believe they are ready to be a factor in the Eastern Conference. Both of these clubs square off tonight as they continue to get ready for the regular season.

The Cavs, who are +1400 faves to win the NBA title, are hoping to ride the talents of LeBron James all the way back to the NBA Finals. Anything less will be a disappointment for the team and their backers. The addition of Mo Williams has added to the expectations now that James will finally have his sidekick.

The Sixers (+2500) also have something they have coveted for some time, a low-post scorer who averages 20 points and 10 boards. Elton Brand should command a double-team, thereby allowing his teammates to get better offensive opportunities.
