The Suns have been having trouble taking care of the rock and are tied for last in the league with 16.5 turnovers per game. They committed 21 miscues in Sunday's game at Atlanta and a season-high 24 turnovers in a loss Friday in Charlotte.

Phoenix remains the league's top shooting team and is among the league leaders with 103.8 points per game. Shaquille O'Neal is expected to play tonight even though it is the second game of a back-to-back.

Washington's 1-3 road trip is part of a string of nine losses in the last 11 games for the Eastern Conference's worst team.
