Since Shaquille O'Neal's been traded to the Phoenix Suns there have been many who have been hating on the deal, and Shaq don't like it.

"I'm very upset," he said Thursday at his introduction news conference. "You just don't really want to get me upset. When I'm upset, I'm known to do certain things — like win championships."

O'Neal hasn't been the dominant force he once was this season and has been nursing a hip injury. The Suns hope they'll get the Shaq that got the Miami Heat over the hump in the 2005-06 season.

"This team has always been there in the Western Conference," he said. "They just couldn't quite get over the hump. I think with my experience and my on the court-off the court leadership, I can help them get over the hump."
