This will be a matchup of two teams going in very different directions. On Saturday the Oklahoma Sooners will be at home against the Texas Tech Red Raiders, who are 0-8 on the road this season.

The Sooners are 27-16 all-time against the Red Raiders and have won 10 of the last 14 meetings. They are 16-5 against Texas Tech in Norman.

Oklahoma swept a pair of close contests last season. The Sooners won 63-61 at home on Jan. 19, 2008 behind a double-double by Taylor Griffin. John Roberson missed a runner in the lane at the buzzer for the Red Raiders. Oklahoma posted a 66-64 victory in Lubbock on Feb. 16, 2008 on a 28-footer by David Godbold with 1.4 seconds remaining.

This season the Red Raiders have relied on 6-foot-10 freshman Robert Lewandowski as one of their post players and he will need to have a huge game for Texas Tech to have a shot.
