The Villanova Wildcats have made it this far because they are good at throwing opponents off of their game. They stifled Duke’s shooters in the regional semifinals, holding the Blue Devils to 5-for-27 from 3-point range. And though DeJuan Blair and Sam Young hurt the Wildcats in the regional final, they held Blair to just nine shots and limited the Panthers to 5-for-18 from long range

The 7.5-point underdog Wildcats are making their first Final Four appearance since 1985, the year they stunned college basketball by winning the national title as an eight seed, the lowest in the event’s history.
Coming out of the rugged Big East, which placed four teams in the Elite Eight and two in the Final Four, they’ve proven they can play with anyone.

The Wildcats are 5-1 ATS in their last six NCAA Tournament games as an underdog. Seems that they like being in that role. For the best in NCAA basketball betting check out the Bodog Sportsbook.
