There is a reason why you see the same coaches going far into the tournament each year. That is because they know how to get the most out of their teams and they know how to win.

Coaches like Jim Calhoun, Mike Krzyzewski, Roy Williams, and Rick Pitino carry a lot of weight in the tourney and it is a bad move on your part not to stick with them.

As you are making your picks this week, look to the coaching matchups if you get stuck. NCAA odds are good that the more experienced coach will be the deciding factor in an expected win or a big upset.
